Through
this service, we are offering a labor-related analysis focused
on getting to know the organization environment of your company,
with the objective of detecting situations that have a positive
or negative impact on the overall performance of your resources
and communication system. Among the aspects we analyze are leadership,
teamwork, organizational flexibility, labor relations, interactive
relationship among departments, and commitment, among others.
In order to achieve these goals, interviews take place with the
appropriate personnel of your company at all organization levels.
360º surveys are applied in the different areas to be studied,
as well as preliminary diagnoses per area are prepared and areas
of potential improvement, suggestions, action plans, solution
enforcement and improvement stage follow-ups determined until
the validation of defined actions are established.
