Human Resources
It is the central control of the current and historical database
of employees concerning wages, benefits, vacation, sickness leaves,
position within the organization chart, work area, etc.
Personnel Selection
This module allows for the control and enabling of the personnel
recruiting and selection process, maintaining an updated profile
all applicants must fill, while storing job applications and interview
records for their future consultation as well as for the, elaboration
of reports, allowing us to obtain a list of candidates according
to a requested profile.
Performance Evaluation
This is a tool to evaluate employees in an integral and practical
way, so that the results of the evaluations are backed and duly
documented according to the company’s policies.
Courses
This module allows the company to effectively control training
programs for employees, from the planning until the execution
of the same.
Infirmary
The module “Infirmary” allows the control of a complete
and detailed file of labor-related accidents in the company, and
in addition, allows for the elaboration of the documents needed
to report such accidents to the IMSS and to the Ministry of Labor
and Social Assistance.
